You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped from our warehouse. We
typically update order status via Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of order placement,
including for sale items.
Prepaid order refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
No refunds are applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless the amount is
already paid.
