Return / Exchange Policy
We take every measure to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If there’s an
issue due to:
- A manufacturing defect, or
- An incorrect item delivered,
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email, phone, or Chat BOT. Keep the
product and packaging intact.
We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose an alternate item at no charge.
Important Guidelines for Returns
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours, along with images of the product.
- Returned product photos must match the item sent.
- Do not ship products back without first contacting our support team.
- Use registered post or courier services only.
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in original condition.
Products Not Eligible for Return
- Fabrics below 2 metres in length
- Items priced under Rs. 300
- Custom orders or cut sequins
- Daily Deal Drop products
Reverse Pick-Up Policy
- Mention your Order Number in the subject line of your return request email.
- Items must be in saleable condition with original packaging.
- Pick-up is scheduled within 3–4 business days of approval.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after return.
- Exchanges are shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive the return.
Note:
- Returns made due to personal preferences are not eligible for reverse pickup.
- Reverse pickup is not available in some pin codes or for international orders.
Didn’t Like the Product?
If the product didn’t meet your expectations:
- Contact us at admin@adityafashion.co.in, WhatsApp, or call +91 9393933971
- Send product images and a description of the issue within 48 hours
- You may return the product at your own cost
- If we arrange return pickup, Rs. 100 will be charged (non-refundable)
- Upon review, we may offer store credit, exchange, or refund
Claiming Refunds
- Online payments: Refunded to the original payment source (UPI, card, net banking,
etc.)
- COD orders: Refunded via credit coupon only (no cash refund)
Product Availability
If a product goes out of stock after your order, we will offer:
- An alternative product of your choice
- A full refund if no alternative is acceptable
Colour & Description Disclaimer
Slight variations in colour or measurements may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or
production batches. These differences do not qualify as defects.
Note: All returns and replacements are at the sole discretion of Aditya Fashion. We reserve
the right to decline any return or exchange if the claim does not meet our policy standards.
